How do hints work?
Tap Hint during a level and the game highlights an arrow that can leave the board safely right now. The red badge on the button shows how many hints you have left.
- You start with 3 free hints.
- When you run out, the button shows a small video icon: watch an optional ad to get one hint, used immediately.
- Bonus mini-games reward free hints (more for more stars), and the Shop has hint packs (5, 15 or 40).
- Not sure about a move? Long-press an arrow to preview its path for free before you commit.
Restore Purchases
Settings → Restore Purchases asks the App Store (or Google Play) for the purchases made with your store account and gives them back to the game. Use it after reinstalling the app or on a new phone signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account.
It restores Remove Ads, which you buy once and keep forever. Hint packs are used up when you spend them, so they can't be restored.
Remove Ads
A single purchase in the Shop removes the ads between levels for good. Optional rewarded videos (for example "Watch ad: +1 heart" or a free hint when you're out) stay available, because you only see them when you choose to. If the ads came back after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases.
Can I continue on another device?
Not yet. Your progress, hints, stars and streak are saved on your phone only, so the game works offline and without an account. Moving to a new phone or deleting the app starts the game over (a full phone backup and restore may bring it along). Remove Ads comes back with Restore Purchases. Syncing between devices is on our wish list.
Leaderboards, leagues and your nickname
Leaderboards (world and your country, this week and all time) and the weekly leagues (Bronze to Diamond) are optional. Every level you win scores points; each week the top players of a league group move up.
- You appear under a nickname the game generates, like "Brave Fox 42", with your country flag (from your phone's region setting) and your points. You can't type a name, so it never contains personal data. Tap New name on the leaderboards screen for a different one.
- Signed in to Game Center? You can choose Use my Game Center name instead; keep the generated nickname if you'd rather not show it.
- Turn them on or off in Settings → Leaderboards. When you turn them off you can choose Just hide me or Hide and delete my data.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
- Ads: Settings → Privacy Options opens the consent form again (in the EEA, UK and Switzerland). On iPhone you can also change tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Anonymous statistics: Settings → Anonymous stats → Off. Sending stops at once and events not sent yet are deleted.
- Leaderboards: Settings → Leaderboards → Off.
Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting your data
You can delete your leaderboard data yourself in the game, and ask us to delete your anonymous statistics by e-mail. Everything is explained on the Delete your data page.
Reporting a bug
Sorry about that! E-mail hello@joybloomgames.com and include, if you can:
- your phone model and its system version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 27.0);
- the game version, shown at the bottom of Settings (for example "Version 1.0.0 (4)");
- the level number and what happened, step by step;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you have one;
- your Stats ID, shown at the bottom of Settings while Anonymous stats is on. It's optional, but it lets us look at what happened in the game.
